Pie & Mighty—student work

Pie & Mighty is a fictional bakery and cafe specializing in freshly baked sweet and savory pies. The concept is a modern take on the nostalgia of 1950s diners and grandma's kitchen. Coordinating patterns were developed to represent both sweet and savory flavors, while a soft green gingham hints at lattice pie crusts.

Nettie lee benson Latin American Collection Centennial celebration

2021 marks the 100-year anniversary of the founding of the Nettie Lee Benson Latin American Collection at The University of Texas at Austin. Those familiar with the library will recognize the parrot as the beloved ‘mascot’ from the organization’s former logo.

Brasa 2020 conference

As the host institution for BRASA 2020, LLILAS Benson Latin American Studies and Collections was tasked with designing the conference logo. This design fuses Brazil and Texas into a clean, modern logo.
